Hatch cover rubber packing is also called hatch seals watertight door seal or gaskets. They can be made from assorted rubber materials according to the application.EPDM is the most popular material for the hatch packing production. We also can do Neoprene and natural rubber but EPDM rubber is the most competitive one. We have a wide range of packing styles for different steel hatch covers.

We are able to supply the most common rubber seals on the marked for any application. To suit the cargo you are moving, we can use all sponge rubber types, or with solid sealing skin. We also manufacture solid rubber sealing types, as well as sliding rubber profiles.

We also produce special hatch packing for naval ships, oil tanks, and chemical tanks. We can produce items according to clients' drawings or samples with a fast turn around.

Delivery and shipment:

Usually it need about 15-25 days after we get your deposit in our account, for large or complex order, it need a little longer time.

Sample order,15 work days; we will ship by air, by express delivery such as FedEx, DHL, UPS etc.

Large order, By sea, we can arrange shipment; 
 

Mark:

We will stick Mark on each box, if you have special need, pls tell us, and then we can print and stick on each carton or bag.

Usually it is 30% TT for deposit, the balance 70% against BL copy before shipment. After you make 30% payment, we may receive it at our account three or more days later.

For other payment we also accept PayPal, western union, L/C etc.
