Rubber Beading are suitable for 10mm and 12mm thick supporting plates in vibrating screen cloth. Section has been designed to offer maximum grip on supporting plate and optimum dampening capacity.

Materials offered:
EPDM elastomers are comparable to natural rubber, but offer a price advantage. They provide outstanding age resistance through a combination of excellent ozone and sunlight resistance and good resistance to heat, oxygen and low temperatures.
Color: Black
Durometer Range: 65-80A
Use: Auto parts, electrical insulation, dust covers, weather stripping and conveyor belts.

Application: Rubber beading is placed under vibrating screens acting as an buffer to avoid metal to metal contact , which helps to increase life of vibrating screens from the vibrations.  This Rubber beading can be used as a protective edge on sheet metal or rough parts too. They also can be used as cosmetic trim and make economical seals.
