EPDM Rubber Hoses marketed by us, are available in a variety of specifications and are designed for certain fluid, temperature, and pressure ranges. A seamless synthetic rubber tube, one or more reinforcing layers of braided or spiraling cotton, wire, or synthetic fiber, and an outer cover are the three layers that make up a rubber hose. EPDM Rubber Hoses are more durable, flexible, and weighty than vinyl hoses. These hoses are more durable in general. They blend the flexibility and durability of rubber with the lightweight of vinyl.

 

ZHUOMEI  offers different sizes of EPDM tubing. EPDM tubing with black smooth surface without weave.

EPDM material has an outstanding resistance to oxygen, ozone, and sunlight. It is resistant to polar materials such as phosphate esters, many ketones and alcohol.

Additionally, EPDM tubing has good electrical properties, low temperature flexibility, excellent heat, water and steam resistance. However, its resistance to petroleum products is poor.

EPDM tubing has a wide range of applications for OEM industries.

The smallest tubing thickness we can do is about 1.5mm.
