• Seals gaps from 5mm and up to 13mm under your garage door
   
• Prevents rain water, draughts, leaves and dust from coming under the garage door gap for a clean and dry garage interior
   
• Suitable for up-and-over, hinged and roller garage doors
   
• The shape of the threshold helps to seal against the garage door and deflect water away from the inside
• The seal reduces the damaging effects of condensation (i.e. rusting) by keeping the garage dry and equipment and tools protected
   
• Energy costs may be reduced as a result of heat conservation
• The base of the seal is serrated and grooved to ensure maximum bonding between the seal and the floor
   
• The industrial garage door floor seal will not move when driven over (it is recommended that the floor seal is not driven over for a minimum of 24 hours after fitting)
